No matter what kind of wedding you’re holding, you find more excellent possibilities for products to puchase than you can even imagine. Our close friends and relatives all received champagne glass wedding favors as a bonus wedding favor. Each of the women at our wedding got crystal wedding favors, and each of the men who were our guests got shot glass wedding favors. There was a keychain with a small crystal container on it for perfume that served as the womens’ gifts; that would always have an extra supply of perfume handy to keep them smelling nice. It struck me as a brilliant little concept. The containers they arrive in are silver and have a pretty bow and hang tags. I even found gorgeous and unique place card holders for our tables too. They were little clusters of grapes, made of glass and the place card fit right in the center of the grapes. They made the tables at the reception sparkle.
In fact, everything at the reception and ceremony sparkled thanks to all the lovely glass favors, crystal favors and the wonderful accessories they had online. Sunday, June 14th, 2009 What better way to say how much you love each other than to plan a beautiful ceremony in the month of February, the month of love? Putting the symbol of love all around our wedding day struck me as a wonderful way to celebrate marriage. My initial purchase was a stunning tiara that I discovered while browsing on the web. The invitations I selected were just one of many supplies that I needed to buy for the wedding theme. The invitations I sent out were little cards with two little silver hearts on the front. It was really elegant looking and the inside was preprinted, so all I had to do was fill in the blanks with all the necessary information of who, when and where.
After picking out our wedding invitations for our guests, I started to check out all the hearts wedding accessories they had to offer. There was quite a variety of accessories and supplies for all kinds of weddings. The had everything from invitations to wedding favors for just about any theme you could think of. That’s where I got most of my supplies for my heart wedding. There was a lot to pick from for heart weddings.
Everyone had their wedding attire taken care of, including our little flower girl and ring boy. I picked out a white satin basket that had bows and lace decorating it for our flower girl. For the ring boy to carry down the aisle I ordered a gorgeous white double hearts wedding pillow with the two gold hearts entwined, and a white satin ribbon for the rings. My bridal tiara was a pretty good match for the one that I picked out for the flower girl to wear in the ceremony. With her lovely pink flower girl skirt and her crown, I felt that she could have passed for a princess, especially when she did such a graceful job in the wedding. So did the ring boy, he was quite elegant in his little tuxedo with a red boutonniere in his lapel. He did his job of taking care of the rings marvelously, and he was in perfect harmony with the rest of the wedding ceremony. I was so proud of both of them.
The centerpieces we had made up for the reception dinner had tiny hearts intermixed with roses that were white, pink, and red. On each of the reception tables were little two hearts wedding candles to set the romantic mood of the theme I had chosen, and at each setting was the nicest place card holder I could find. The wedding favors we got our guests should be a terrific souvenir from our wedding; they had handles in the shape of a heart attached to tiny silver bells. There were frosting hearts all around the bottom layer of our wedding cake, and each layer was decked out in pink and red roses all around. On top sat our very special keepsake hearts wedding cake topper made of white porcelain, which looked so elegant with all the other cake decorations.
Everything at our wedding and reception was the perfect picture of a true valentines day wedding with all the hearts and flowers imaginable. Thank goodness for the world wide web, which certainly saved me a ton of time and hassle.

Tuesday, June 9th, 2009I wanted to have my wedding in the month of love, with cupid and hearts and flowers all around. So I chose the month of February to have a lovely hearts wedding and reception. With all the fantastic selections I found online from heart wedding invitations to gorgeous heart favors for our guests, it was made so easy to have a romantic ceremony and reception. Inviting people, of course, was just the first phase, so I went right from that onto setting up the overall look and feel of the wedding, and then gathering together the supplies and accessories to make it work. I bought large scarlet bows made of velvet to put on the church pews with a ribbon that would run from one pew to the next. The altar was beautifully decorated, with wonderful candle holders and candles, including our unity candle which was adorned with a heart made of red roses. On the scene at the wedding, we put many pink and red roses mixed together, in the floral bouquet that I carried. It may have been a touch extravagant, but I’ve always wanted to have doves released as we left the church building, so we did, and it I thought it was wonderful.
The wedding apparel that would be worn by those who were going to be in the wedding had already been selected. I picked out a white satin basket that had bows and lace decorating it for our flower girl. I was very glad that I chose to include both of them.
For our wedding reception I had centerpieces made up of red, white and pink roses with little valentine hearts arranged in with the flowers. I got placecard holders that was the prettiest I had ever seen for each place setting, and two hearts wedding candles that made it feel like love was in the air. I ordered beautiful little silver bells with a heart shaped handle that make a very lovely keepsake from our wedding day for each of our guests. Every layer of our wedding cake was adorned with small red and pink roses, and the bottom section had tiny hearts running all the way around it. Our hearts wedding cake had a white porcelain topper on it that complimented the rest of our cake décor beautifully.
Everything at our wedding and reception was the perfect picture of a true valentines day wedding with all the hearts and flowers imaginable. I’m just glad I had the internet to turn to, it made everything so much easier.
Terrific Keychain Wedding Favors!
Thursday, June 4th, 2009I always thought of keychain favors as a really low type of gift, until I got a look at some of them that are available online. The way some of them are put together, however, they look very nice, and they are don’t cost much. Honestly I had never thought about keychain party favors until I got a look at some of the terrific ideas they had for them. They had keychains for themed weddings, like storybook themes, Las Vegas themes and beach themed keychains too. We decided to get these very useful key chain party favors which I liked because they doubled as tape measures. Those can really come in handy. Some other ones I was fond of included the engagement ring key chain favors, which had a wedding band with rhinestones around it. Isn’t it terrific that you can find keychains that well designed? They also have a keychain favor for bridal and baby shower parties.
The website I went to had a lot more than that. They also had accessories for a reception and ceremony in any genre you could imagine. The wedding cake topper we picked out for our glorious cake was a sight to behold. The wedding cake topper, which looked lovely as it was, had my groom and my initials in silver, and then accented by small, shimmering crystals. The exquisite cake server set we picked out had handles that were made to like clothing for the bride and groom on their wedding day. We picked out crystal wine glasses and champagne flutes that sparkled at our table, and at our guests at their reception tables. The place card holders I got off the Internet matched perfectly with the fine china and champagne flutes. The place card holders had a rather novel look to them. The holders were basically small vases that held daisies, and then one of the petals had a slot that held the place card.
Our caterers really outdid themselves with fantastic dishes and desserts and four different salads to choose from. We were also very lucky when it came to hiring our band for the reception. My fiance was able to pull a few strings and get one of the best local bands in the area. They knew any song that anyone asked for, and they knew it well. The band made our first dance as husband and wife a very memorable moment indeed. One attendee at our wedding walked up and offered them a good chunk of change to come and play in about a month at his son’s engagement party.
Everything at our wedding and reception was spectacular and it just couldn’t have been better. I’ve got lots of terrific photos that our photographer shot for us and a video of the ceremony and our first dance. The two memory books I got will be more than filled up with all of the pictures we took that day. I purchased a coffee table album to put in our family room as well. It has two pretty hearts on a silver metal frame, and it looks fantasitc. I also took the opportunity to order a honeymoon memory book that I could store our pictures in from our trip to Cancun. I was quite ready for us to take all kinds of pictures during this special period in our lives.
I’ll always remember that special day we spent with our friends and family around as we said our vows and became husband and wife. It was the most important day of my life and I have lots of memories and keepsakes stored away to prove it. The honeymoon wasn’t too shabby either.

Monday, June 1st, 2009A friend of mine told me about a wedding website that had fantastic wedding accessories and reception supplies at a great low cost, so we checked it out. She was right, they had everything from wedding invitations to wedding favors and none of it was really expensive. Along with all the super wedding accessories they also carry gifts for the groomsmen and some lovely bridesmaids gifts, too. Needless to say, that’s where I did all my shopping for the wedding decorations and supplies.
Since we had planned our wedding date to be in December, I wanted to have a winter wonderland wedding and reception and this was the perfect place to get what I needed for it. The winter wonderland wedding bulletins were perfect for our invitations. While I was browsing through the flower basket and ring pillow selection, I discovered a great deal on a five piece set with a wedding guest book and pen, wedding garter and the flower girl basket and ring pillow. Not only did each piece match, but the price was more than reasonable. I know, after reading a few wedding articles, that many churches won’t allow the tossing of petals for the bride and grooms departure and many couples have chosen bubbles to be blown as they exit the ceremony. So I ordered bottles of bubbles from this online shopping site I’m using and they also send you little bubble cards for each bottle.
The lovely accessories I ordered were unbelievable. I bought all the gifts for the entire wedding party from there, including gifts for the bridesmaids, flower girl and ring boy. With all the groomsmen gift ideas that my fiance had to choose from, it was hard for him to make up his mind on which groomsmen gifts to go with. A mug was the choice for the groomsman favors that he choice and each mug said groomsman on it. Our topper was of a bride and groom skiing and I had the top layer of our cake made into a mountain of snow for the happy couple to placed upon. I had many pictures of our wedding cake taken for my winter themed wedding picture album, it was so adorable. Right after we took care of the cake cutting, and my brother in law toasted us, we stepped out on the dance floor for our first dance together as husband and wife. This was like a dream come true, dancing around the room with my new husband as everyone watched.
The rest of the reception was just as perfect as the beginning, and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. All of my girls in the wedding party loved their thank you gifts as did the guys and their wedding groomsmen gifts. Many of the guests at the reception commented on how lovely the winter wedding reception was and how much they appreciated the lovely wedding favors.
